Fun! The boss battle catching me off-guard with some resources and no way to craft them was killer in my first run; next time I got to the boss I had stockpiled 5 of every card I wanted to use plus some extra chaos... didn't even get to using one of each XD The onslaught of enemies before the endgame is much harder than the final battle (though with the "can you survive until the final enemy?" bit on the win screen, it makes me think this is intentional, and I'm guessing there's actually an end to what I had assumed to be endless foes!)
My main strategy was "always avoid the catacombs" because it's REALLY easy to get bone dust elsewhere and it's not all that useful (well I mean it's in the healing card but you need 2x as many mushrooms which are much harder to get and much more versatile). I had an abundance the whole game. Can't even use 'em up quickly on chaos cards, since 3x bone dust makes smolder. Now of course my play style almost certainly affected how useful I found each resource. Especially when trying to farm resources so one of your slots is taken up by efficiency, when you're pouring everything into regen and haste, there's not a whole ton to do with bone dust.
Thanks for such detailed comment! You really did dig into the game and pointed out some pain points. The system you were playing is being heavily reworked ATM, so pretty much every problem you mentioned is gone. Though I'm interested: did you finish all the waves? As far as I know (as a game designer) there is only one combo of runes that can lead you to the final wave. Did you find it? We really hope you will be there to check out out next big iteration of the game when it's going live. Again, thank you so much for you time and passion !
Подло. очень подло. мне казалось, что я нащупал успешную стратегию. Почти всех победил... а потом финал... Но в целом, при дальнейшем развитии хотелось бы, побольше квестов с локаций, и разнообразия наград... Можно чтобы те же НПС вступали в схватку с ближайшими спавнящимися врагами на какое-то время.. Ресурсы это конечно хорошо, но иногда их и так хватает.
Данная версия - короткая и насыщенная базовым геймплеем. В ближайшее время мы будем рассматривать разные изменения и улучшения, также обсудим и ваши предложения. А какая комбинация рун понравилась вам больше всего? Спасибо за уделенное время и отзыв!
Great demo, with a great amount of polish. The demo already gives a complete one-playthrough experience: the location balance, while simple, still makes you think and reposition your units even after you’ve reached a milestone there. There’s enough micromanagement, and you have to make decisions fairly quickly, since the difficulty is quite high. Overall, keep it up - well done.

Ну я в основном пользовался рунами по ситуации, в зависимости от того, кто идет, как от него лучше защититься и как им лучше накостылять.
Но вообще имхо норм комбинация будет шипы+(руна атаки по всем)+реген.
